Psychiatric Evaluations

A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to assess your mental health, discuss your concerns, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Initial visits usually last 45–60 minutes.

Medication Management

Ongoing medication monitoring and adjustment to optimize your treatment, minimize side effects, and improve your overall well-being. Follow-ups are typically 20–30 minutes.

Therapy

Supportive, evidence-based talk therapy sessions to help you explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal growth.

ADHD & Cognitive Assessments

We use Creyos, a digital platform of validated cognitive tasks and questionnaires, to give objective data on cognitive and behavioral function — helping diagnose and monitor ADHD and track how treatment affects performance over time.
